1. Is drivable and complete. Must be able to start, restart, move forward, and move backward.
2. Is free of liens.
3. Is currently registered and has been registered for the last two years in one of the following counties:
   • Orange
     
   • Riverside
     
   • Los Angeles
     
   • non-desert portions of San Bernardino
     
   • Contra Costa
     
   • Napa
     
   • Parts of Solano and Sonoma County
     
4. Has passed it's last smog check.

If your car fits all of the above criteria we will pay the following amounts to place your car in the vehicle retirement program:
